Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DailyDuels (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You get an anonymous account automatically when you first open the App. You may optionally register with an email/password or a supported third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend services.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Virtual Currency & Purchases

• Coins are a virtual currency usable only within the App. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• All purchases (coin packs, ad removal) are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund and payment policies, not ours.
• We may adjust coin pack pricing, contents, or availability at any time.
• Refunds are not guaranteed. If you contact us about a purchase, we will review your request individually and decide, at our sole discretion, whether to support or approve a refund. Approving one refund request does not obligate us to approve future requests, and any refund actually issued on a platform purchase is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own policies.

Advertising

The free version of the App displays third-party ads served via Google AdMob. Purchasing ad removal stops future ads from being shown on that account.

User Content

Your username and avatar selection are visible to other players. Do not choose a username that is offensive, impersonates another person, or infringes on someone else's rights. We may remove or reset usernames that violate this.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

תנאי שימוש אלה ("התנאים") מסדירים את השימוש שלכם ב-DailyDuels ("האפליקציה"). בשימוש באפליקציה, אתם מסכימים לתנאים אלה.

חשבונות

אתם מקבלים חשבון אנונימי באופן אוטומטי בפעם הראשונה שאתם פותחים את האפליקציה. תוכלו להירשם באופן אופציונלי עם אימייל/סיסמה או ספק התחברות צד שלישי נתמך. אתם אחראים לשמור על פרטי ההתחברות שלכם מאובטחים. עליכם להיות בני 13 לפחות כדי להשתמש באפליקציה.

שימוש מותר

אתם מסכימים שלא:

• לרמות, לנצל באגים, או להשתמש בכלים אוטומטיים כדי להשיג יתרון לא הוגן.
• להטריד, להתעלל, או להתחזות לשחקנים אחרים.
• לנסות להנדס לאחור, לשבש, או לקבל גישה בלתי מורשית לאפליקציה או לשירותי הענן שלה.
• להשתמש באפליקציה למטרה בלתי חוקית כלשהי.

אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות להשעות או לסגור חשבונות שמפרים תנאים אלה.

מטבע וירטואלי ורכישות

• מטבעות הם מטבע וירטואלי שניתן להשתמש בו רק בתוך האפליקציה. למטבעות אין ערך כספי אמיתי, לא ניתן להמיר אותם למזומן, ולא ניתן להעביר אותם בין חשבונות.
• כל הרכישות (חבילות מטבעות, הסרת פרסומות) מעובדות על ידי App Store של Apple או Google Play וכפופות למדיניות ההחזרים והתשלומים שלהן, לא שלנו.
• אנו עשויים לעדכן את תמחור חבילות המטבעות, תוכנן, או זמינותן בכל עת.
• החזר כספי אינו מובטח. אם תפנו אלינו בנוגע לרכישה, נבחן כל בקשה לגופה ונחליט, לפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי, האם לתמוך באישור החזר. אישור בקשה אחת אינו מחייב אותנו לאשר בקשות עתידיות, וכל החזר שאכן יאושר עבור רכישה בפלטפורמה יעובד על ידי App Store של Apple או Google Play בהתאם למדיניות שלהם.

פרסום

הגרסה החינמית של האפליקציה מציגה פרסומות צד שלישי המוצגות דרך Google AdMob. רכישת הסרת פרסומות עוצרת פרסומות עתידיות מלהיות מוצגות בחשבון זה.

תוכן משתמש

שם המשתמש ובחירת האווטאר שלכם גלויים לשחקנים אחרים. אנא אל תבחרו שם משתמש פוגעני, המתחזה לאדם אחר, או המפר את זכויותיו של מישהו אחר. אנו עשויים להסיר או לאפס שמות משתמש שמפרים כלל זה.

סיום

תוכלו להפסיק להשתמש באפליקציה ולמחוק את חשבונכם בכל עת מתוך ההגדרות. אנו עשויים להשעות או לסיים את גישתכם לאפליקציה אם תפרו תנאים אלה.

הבהרה והגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כפי שהיא" ללא אחריות מכל סוג. במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, איננו אחראים לכל נזק עקיף, אגבי, או תוצאתי הנובע משימושכם באפליקציה.

שינויים בתנאים אלה

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר שהשינויים נכנסים לתוקף מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
