This Privacy Policy explains how DailyDuels ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

When you use DailyDuels, we collect and store the following through Google Firebase, our backend service provider:

Account information: every player gets an anonymous account automatically; if you choose to register, we also store your email address (for email/password sign-in) or basic profile info from Google/Facebook if you sign in with those instead.
Profile information you provide: a username, a chosen avatar, and a self-selected country.
Gameplay data: your coin balance, match history, scores, and win/loss records against other players and groups you play with.
Purchase data: if you buy coins or remove ads, the purchase itself is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your payment card details, only a confirmation that a purchase was completed.
Crash and diagnostic data: if the app crashes, we receive a crash report (via Firebase Crashlytics) to help us fix bugs. This may include device model, OS version, and the state of the app at the time of the crash.
Advertising data: we show ads via Google AdMob. On iOS, we ask for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before using your device's advertising identifier for more relevant ads; you can decline this and still use the app normally.

How We Use Your Information

To operate core gameplay: matching you with rivals/groups, tracking scores, and running turn-based rounds.
To let you sign in and keep your account/progress across devices.
To process purchases you make (coins, ad removal) through the platform's store.
To show ads that help keep the app free, unless you've purchased ad removal.
To diagnose and fix crashes or bugs.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the app, each acting under their own privacy terms:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, crash reporting, cloud functions.
Google AdMob — ad serving.
Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — payment processing for purchases.

Other players can see your username, avatar, country, and game history/stats as part of normal gameplay (e.g. rival stats, group leaderboards) — this is the intended, visible-by-design part of a multiplayer game and is not shared outside the app.

Your Choices

You can change your username, avatar, and country at any time in Settings.
You can delete your account at any time by following these steps: open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account (shown as Delete Guest Data if you're playing as a guest), then confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog that appears. This takes effect immediately and permanently removes your account and associated data — no waiting period, and you don't need to contact us to make the request.
You can decline App Tracking Transparency on iOS and still use the app normally.
You can purchase ad removal to stop seeing ads.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are billed and processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and any refund request is generally subject to their own refund policies. If you contact us directly about a purchase, we will review the request and decide, at our discretion, whether to support or approve a refund — this is not guaranteed, and approving one request doesn't obligate us to approve future ones.

Children's Privacy

DailyDuels is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated data, except where retaining certain records is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

עם מי אנו משתפים מידע

אנחנו לא מוכרים את המידע האישי שלכם. אנו משתפים נתונים רק עם ספקי השירות שעוזרים לנו להפעיל את האפליקציה, כל אחד פועל תחת תנאי הפרטיות שלו:

שמירת נתונים

אנו שומרים נתוני חשבון ומשחק כל עוד החשבון שלכם פעיל. אם תמחקו את החשבון שלכם, אנו מוחקים את הנתונים הקשורים אליו, למעט במקרים בהם שמירת רשומות מסוימות נדרשת מסיבות משפטיות, אבטחה, או מניעת הונאות.
